Flat-Top Inner Diameter Laser Cladding & Hardening Head

The Flat-Top Beam Laser Cladding Head for Internal Cladding features a reflective off-axis design that generates a flat-top square beam with highly uniform energy distribution. This beam profile significantly reduces the risk of porosity, cracking, and other defects at overlapping tracks, ensuring a stable and reliable cladding process.
The system supports both annular central powder feeding for laser cladding and off-axis wire feeding for wire-based deposition, providing excellent process flexibility. By integrating an optional laser hardening module, the head can perform surface laser hardening with a hardening beam width of up to 20 mm, enabling cladding and hardening operations within a single system.
Designed for internal diameters of 200 mm and above, this processing head is ideal for internal bore cladding, surface strengthening, wear protection, and integrated cladding-hardening applications in demanding industrial environments.
