We develop application-specific processing heads and beam-shaping optics for internal bores, external surfaces, powder-fed or wire-fed deposition and laser hardening.

Design Inputs

• Laser wavelength, power and fiber interface
• Working distance, bore diameter and access envelope
• Required circular, square, rectangular or variable spot
• Powder or wire delivery method and shielding requirements

Optical, mechanical, cooling and material-delivery interfaces are considered together to support stable integration.
