Powder-Fed Cladding
Powder delivery supports a wide range of alloy systems and is flexible for complex paths and controlled coating geometry. Performance depends on powder quality, carrier-gas stability, nozzle design and capture efficiency.
Wire-Fed Cladding
Wire offers high filler utilization and a clean material-handling route. Stable wire positioning, melt-pool control and access geometry are important, especially for curved surfaces or internal bores.

- Workpiece geometry and processing access
- Target deposition rate, layer width and finishing allowance
- Required dilution, heat input and surface quality
